Dear members of the Electoral Roll of Holy Trinity Church, Acaster Malbis, Please find attached a sofcopy of the formal Notfication posters for the upcoming;  a) Meeting of Parishioners – for the Election of Churchwardens and b) Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) (for the election of a Deanery Synod Rep. and Parochial Church Council (PCC) Members, and review of the Annual Reports). These meetings will take place together on Sunday 3rd May 2026 at 10:30 in the Acaster Malbis Memorial Hall (following the Sunday morning service in church). The Annual Report and statements of financial accounts and other reports will be presented at the meeing. A softcopy of the Annual Report will be circulated by email two weeks prior to the meeting for your perusal in advance. Please come and join us, find out about the goings on at Holy Trinity, and support your team undertaking the administration and governance of your Church.
