St Mary's is a small friendly rural church, looking to grow in our love of God, love of one another and love of our community. We currently have 2 Sunday services, one communion at 10.30 on the first Sunday of the month and one Celtic Evening Prayer at 3pm on the fourth Sunday of the month.
We have good links with our neighbours, Alne Primary School and we host termly Pop Up Cafes in - the next one just before Mothers' Day, 14th March 2026.
We love to journey with people in the different life events such as baptisms, weddings and funerals. These services can be tailored to your creative requests whilst keeping a core Christian centre with prayers and common worship texts from the Church of England.
Our church building is very ancient and beautiful and we hope to make it even more warm and inviting with a new porch with a glass door.
