An act of worship without communion

This is a service specially for families, based on the Christmas Story. Children are invited to bring the nativity set figures to the crib and arrange them around the manger. It's a bit like a Nativity Play, stories can be told and favourite carols con be sung.

Come and celebrate the first Christmas Present - the birth of Jesus Christ.

In our joint parishes service, we come to say thank you for our Christmas presents. Why not bring something along you can show us. Also, if you can, something you can pass on and we'll take these to the Family Refuge in York.

A chance for us to join in church for a service of readings, prayers, music and a talk and to share in communion.
