St John the Baptist Stamford Bridge is part of the Stamford Bridge Group of Parishes in the Diocese of York.  We are a Fairtrade church in the heart of our community and aim to be a congregation where everyone can find a warm welcome.  The other churches in the group are All Saints Catton, and St Peter and St Paul's Scrayingham. Come along with all the family to celebrate together on Christmas Eve! We tell the Christmas story in a fun, interactive, family-friendly way. Youngsters are encouraged to come dressed as a character from the Nativity or wear your favourite Christmas jumper. We have outfits in church for children if required.

We hope to make the bells of St John's church ring again! We need to repair the bell fixings and the bellcote, to ensure they remain safe, and as part of the project, we can make the bells ring again.
