All Saints Kilnwick has recently received the report of the Quinquennial Inspection of the building. Unfortunately a number of substantial necessary repairs have been identified. Immediate minor repairs are required to parts of the roof which is letting in water. Major repairs are required to the tower roof and to rot caused within the tower. And in the longer term we will need a complete new roof which is now 150 years old. We will be seeking to raise money towards the costs of this work both by fund raising efforts and by grant applications. More later when we have made a start!!
