There are actually two meetings, the second immediately following the first:

1. The Meeting of the Parishioners (for the election of Churchwardens), open to everyone who lives in the parish or who is on the electoral roll.

Nomination Forms and the Confirmation of Trustee Eligibility Declaration Form, which includes the HMRC Fit and Proper Person Declaration, are available from the church office.   They can also be downloaded from this page.

2. The Annual Parochial Church Meeting, open to everyone who is on the electoral roll.

To receive from the PCC:

• A report on the numbers entered on the electoral roll.
• The annual report on the proceedings of the PCC and the activities of the parish generally.
• The financial statements for the year ending on 31 December  2025
• The annual fabric reports.
• A report on the proceedings of the deanery synod.

To Elect and Appoint:
• Elect (2) representatives as members of the PCC.   Nomination Forms and the Confirmation of Trustee Eligibility Declaration Form, which includes the HMRC Fit and Proper Person Declaration, are available from the church office.  They can also be downloaded from this page.

• Elect (2) representatives as members to the Deanery Synod. Nomination Forms and the Confirmation of Trustee Eligibility Declaration Form, which includes the HMRC Fit and Proper Person Declaration, are available from the church office. They can also be downloaded from this page.

• Appoint an independent examiner

The financial and written reports that will be presented in the meeting are available in the church foyer or can be requested from the church office.   They can also be downloaded from this page.

Nominations are to be given to the chair (vicar) before the start of the meeting.


During this meeting, we will consider where we are as a church and hear more about the vicar's vision for the future.
