An introductory practical workshop for putting up flowers for Christmas in St. Barnabas will be held on Saturday, 13th December, from 10am until noon. Lilies and roses will be provided; it would help if you could bring any greenery (You can, of course, bring along some flowers - red and gold colours preferred).
If anyone is interested in helping with the flowers and would like to attend the workshop, please ring Louise on (01482) 632800.

St Barnabas Swanland

Welcome to St. Barnabas - a Church in the village of Swanland, a few miles west of Hull in East Yorkshire, where everyone is welcome. 

Our 10.00 am Sunday services are friendly and relaxed. As part of the local community in Swanland, we love to share happy events such as weddings and christenings, and we are here to help during some of life's difficult times.   Or perhaps you need some quiet space or someone to talk to or to pray with.   If so, please contact us, or turn up, I am usually in the church building on Sunday at 10.00 am and from Monday to Thursday from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon.

Our church is made up of ordinary people.   We're not perfect, but we are continuing to learn more about God’s love and the difference He can make in our lives.
