Who's Who

Jonny Elvin has been our minister since Trinity Church started in 2003. He trained at Ridley Hall in Cambridge before serving a curacy in Gravesend, Kent. He then served on the staff of St. Leonard's Church Exeter before planting Trinity Church. He is married to Jane and has four children, all now young adults. As well as seeking to ensure Trinity is a friendly, accessible and Bible-focussed church family, he also seeks to keep us serving our local community with the good news of Jesus in word and deed. When he has time off he loves to be outdoors, walking in the local area and on Dartmoor, or more usually riding his bike. As part of the Diocese of Exeter, Jonny also serves as a Diocesan Assessor, helping people exploring whether or not to be ordained to discern whether this is the right path for them.
