Kedington, St Peter and St Paul
Welcome to the Church of St Peter and St Paul in the Parish of Kedington. We are open to visitors everyday between 10am and 4pm. Enjoy the peace and quiet and perhaps add a prayer to our prayer board?
As Kedington is one of eight parishes in the Stourhead Benefice, there is not a service in Kedington every Sunday. However, there is a service of Holy Communion every Wednesday at 10am.
On Saturday 11th September we held our annual Horticultural Show and this year we added a Fete. Thank you to everyone who took part in the show, donated items to the fete and visited the event in the glorious autumn sunshine.
On Sunday 19th September there will be a service of Holy Communion at 10am at St Mary's Church, Great Wratting. There will also be a Family Service at St Peter's Church, Little Thurlow
This is the beginning of the new service pattern which includes a service in Kedington Church on the first Sunday of every month at 10am, Said Holy Communion every second Sunday at 8am and every Wednesday at 10am. Evensong will be at 6pm on the fourth Sunday of every month.
There are second hand books for sale in the Kedington church. Any book, 50pence or three for £1.
There is also a jigsaw puzzle library. Take any puzzle home to solve. If it is complete, put it back in the box and bring it back. (If it has pieces missing, please don't bring it back!) During Advent and Christmas, a decorated tree sits atop the tower, shining light for miles around.
