Thirty adults and around the same number of children gathered around the empty crib. Fr Chris Giles told the story of the birth of Jesus. The children brought the figures to the crib as everyone sang carols accompanied by Simon and Barty Shirm on guitar and cello respectively. Before we left, we all placed our own star on the crib.
