Our first event for October will be the ecumenical celebration of the Transito di San Francesco on the 3rd at 18:30. Our friend, Suor Tarcisia will be back in Taormina for the event, and her group will assist in leading the service.
Join us for service at 11 am on Sunday 6 October. This is our Harvest Festival Sunday and we are collecting food items for distribution to those in need in our area. What we asking for dry and prepackaged food items: Pasta, Rice, Olive Oil, Canned Food (tuna, ham, vegetables and pre-prepared sauces), and other non-perishable items.
The Revd. Stephen Pike is our August Locum Chaplain. He will be officiating for all of St. George's Church Sunday services.
