The Annual Chaplaincy Meeting will be held in:

For election of chaplaincy representatives of the laity as follows –

- To the Chaplaincy Church Council

- For the appointment of Church Wardens

- For the appointment of Archdeaconry Synod representatives

- And for the appointment of the Independent Examiner of Accounts

For the consideration of:

- (a) a report on changes to the Electoral Roll since the last annual chaplaincy meeting;

- (b) an Annual Report on the proceedings of the chaplaincy church council and the activities of the chaplaincy generally;

- (c) the independently examined financial statements of the chaplaincy for the year ending on the 31st December preceding the meeting;

- (d) a report of the proceedings of the deanery synod;

- (e) developments in Diocesan and Chaplaincy Safeguarding policy and practices

- (f) other matters of chaplaincy or general Church interest.
