Alongside the lent lunches, there is another way we can come together as a community during Lent. St Lukes has been contacted by L'Accueil du Jour in Fontainebleau with a request to provide lunches for 10 people on each Monday during Lent.

This would be a great way for us to reach out to our local community and we would just need 2 volunteers to make 5 servings of soup on the 6 Mondays of Lent (27th Feb,- Katie & Leigh, 13th, 20th, 27th March & 3rd April) and deliver them to L'Accueil.

Safeguarding

The protection from harm of children, young persons and adults who may be vulnerable is of paramount importance to St. Luke’s. The chaplaincy council is committed to upholding the requirements and best practices of the Diocese in Europe Safeguarding Policy and Protocol and has therefore adopted the Chaplaincy Safeguarding Protocol proposed by the diocese. Our chaplaincy safeguarding protocol can be consulted on the noticeboard at the back of the chapel or by clicking on the link "St. Luke’s Safeguarding Protocol" that you will find in the "Chaplaincy Safeguarding Policy" section.

Further information is available on the Diocesan website.
