THANK YOU to Catterick Village CO-OP members for raising a staggering £2500 for Community activities and projects run by St Anne's Church for the local community. St Anne's is committed to sharing God's love by loving our community. We have run a number of projects and activities over the years aimed at building community, tackling isolation and loneliness, such as Staycation, Souper Sundays and Church Tots. These events are designed to encourage people to meet others in the community through different activities and are provided free of charge to anyone who comes. We have already spent money on good quality toys and equipment for the Church Tots group including a carpet, activity table, ride on toys and play cooker. We look forward to being able to start up new activities in 2020 and have plans for a Men's group. All these activities are open to those of all faiths or none.
