This morning staple of the Church is said everyday and includes daily Psalms, Readings and Prayers. On Feast Days or special days of commemoration, it may also include a short reflection on the notable person being remembered that day.

This simple, yet profoundly holy service, will enrich you and enable you to refocus in the middle of a busy week. Join us! It lasts just 30 minutes.

This service, sometimes also called Mass or Holy Communion, is the staple bedrock of the church. It is deeply evocative, and draws all present into the sublime mystery of the Lord's Supper. We explore scripture, pray and are caught up in the power of the ritual together, as one body. As we gather around God's Table and hear Christ's words to 'Do this is remembrance of me', we are drawn into a mystery of timeless truth and united with each other in a deeply spiritual way. As we kneel before the Holy Altar we do so with others of all ages, social situations, races, sexualities and nationalities. And we realise that we are all equal before the eyes of our Creator God. This is community as it was designed to be. All are welcome at this service, old and young.

This service, at a slightly earlier time than usual and is designed to be more accessible to families as well as other demographics in our villages. Whilst this is designed to be more engaging and informative to younger demographics and newcomers to church, it is no less deep and will have plenty to keep the longstanding church member fed.

Come along to our Summer Coffee Morning, there will be stalls, there will be coffee and there will be cake! It's an opportunity to meet new people and catch up with old friends, everyone welcome.

We are looking forward to opening our lovely gardens again and welcoming you to our friendly village. Admission is £5 which includes a programme with map, obtainable from the Parish Rooms in Church Road, where we will be serving refreshments including delicious home-made cakes. There will also be plant and produce stalls. Plenty of parking on our Playing Field, about 150 yards from the Swan Inn. All proceeds will benefit our beautiful St. Lawrence Church.
