MICHAEL COULTER, Suffolk-based artist has kindly donated a vibrant watercolour of St Mary’s Church (Woodbridge), to help us raise more funds for our ‘Help Heat our Church’ Appeal. The painting will be on display during church services and special events, and we are inviting sealed bids via a silent auction (subject to the reserve of £1,000). There are bid detail sheets and a sealed box for them in situ, and the auction will be open until Sunday 28th June.

Quentin Cowdry, a former Woodbridge School pupil, talks about his love of poetry, reading from his own award-winning collection, and other favourite poems. Friends of St Mary's will be running a 'donation bar,' and tickets for the event are £10 each, available on the door only. All proceeds to go towards the 'Fabric Fund' in aid of the beautiful church building.
