A community event that provides a 2 course lunch, with a hot drink to follow, for just £4.50. There is a raffle. Monies raised go to The Friends of Old Newton Church, who keep the church in funds to help maintain the fabric of the church.

This will be 4th such event held in Old Newton, and its success and popularity are growing. In 2018 14 village gardens were opened to the public, and 2020 looks to be attracting more still. Previously the event was held on one day only, but it is being extended this time to the whole weekend. Nearer the time more information will be posted, so keep looking!
