This event is organized by St Peter and St Mary's Church and supported by Churches Together in Stowmarket. It begins in the market place outside the John Peel coffee shop at 11am. It is a special opportunity to come together as Christians and to remember the events of Good Friday as we walk through the market place and shopping precinct, following the cross. The event includes Bible readings, hymns and worship songs, which take place at the various stopping points along the route.

The walk is followed by hot cross buns and hot drinks in St Peter and St Mary's Church.
