About Us

St Agnes's is a beautiful Victorian church in Newmarket, Suffolk, built in 1885 and largely unaltered since. Everyone is welcome here – without exception.

Our worship is relaxed and formal. Mattins from the Book of Common Prayer is the main service on Sundays at 11.15 a.m., with hymns and a biblical sermon. We currently celebrate Holy Communion on the first and third Sundays of the month and on festival days.

If you are looking into the Christian faith you are especially welcome to come and discover more. We assure you of a warm welcome.

Minister:  The Revd Liam Beadle
Churchwardens:  Lady Victoria Fairbairn and Dorothy Thomas
