Commonwealth War Grave

Driver Joseph Wilding of the Royal Horse Artillery is buried in a Commonwealth War Grave in the churchyard. Driver Wilding served in the First World War and died in a military hospital in 1921.

Although his is a war grave, Driver Wilding does not have a white Portland headstone. His grave is marked with a cross shaped stone. It is situated north of the east end of the church.
