Church Services Suspended

Church_news Community_news News_about_our_building Notices

Following the Government guidance around non-essential contact, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York have issued advice that public worship is suspended until further notice.

Church of England Churches are to put public worship on hold and to become “a different sort of church” in the coming months, as we face the challenge of coronavirus.

In light of this information all church services and events at St. Gluvias Church will be suspended until further notice.

During this period, the church building will be open each Sunday between the hours of 11am and 2pm for anyone wishing to enter to make their own personal prayers.

Should you need to, please email [email protected] or telephone 01326 341304.

Thank you for your continued support during this challenging time.

Churchwardens

Keep us good Lord under the shadow of your mercy, in this time of uncertainty and distress. Sustain and support the anxious and fearful, and lift up all who are brought low; that we may rejoice in your comfort, knowing that nothing can separate us from your love in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.  And may God bless us all. Bishop Robert, Bishop of Exeter
