Coronavirus (COVID-19) Announcement - 24 March 2020:

Crowan Church is closed until further notice.

The Archbishops and Bishops of the Church of England have urged everyone to follow the instructions given by the Prime Minister to stay in their homes in a national effort to limit the transmission of the coronavirus. All Church of England churches will close with immediate effect in line with the Government’s instructions.

There will also be no Church weddings or baptisms.

Funerals at the graveside or in crematoriums can still take place, but only in line with the Prime Minister’s Statement.

The Church will “continue to pray, to love, to care for the vulnerable”, and you are welcome to join us ‘virtually’.

If you would to join us for prayer online click on 'Services & Events' in the menu and look for 'Worship at Home' events. For an Order of Service to download click on 'News & Notices'.  While the church is closed, you might like to look at our online blog about the stained glass windows - to remember and reflect on this beautiful building.
