A free recital by Cornish soprano Lowenna Wearne

Coming up on Sunday: the third and final of our summer concerts. Crowan born Lowenna Wearne will sing a programme of classical and modern music showcasing her wonderful soprano voice on Sunday 15 August at 3pm. Lowenna grew up in Crowan and is currently studying musical theatre on an Actor/Musician course at Guildford School of Acting. As chorister at Truro Cathedral for five years, she took part in live BBC Radio 4 recordings, a concert with City of London Sinfonia and even appeared on Britain's Got Talent! She was a regional finalist in the 2019 Rotary Young Musician of the Year competition.
