This Carol Service ushers in the reflective season known as Advent, designed to prepare us for the joy of Christmas, when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. It also encourages us to think about the Christian belief that Jesus will return, so the hymns and songs reflect both ideas.

Everyone is welcome to all services and events held in this church. Refreshments are served after Sunday morning services in the Murley Hall [Parish Hall] opposite the "White Hart" pub. The Murley Hall is also the venue for a variety of social events throughout the year to which visitors are always welcome.
