Church of England Diocese of Truro South Hill

St Sampson's, South Hill

As you are no doubt aware, all church buildings were closed in March, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are pleased to say that our church is now open again during daylight hours, for private prayer and reflection. We are also open for services at the times stated and pray regularly for our community and the wider world. Details of live streamed services and other ways to worship are on our main website

Safeguarding Statement

The parish of South Hill is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
