About Us

There has been Christian worship and witness in Ashampstead since the 12th Century. We are proud and grateful for our heritage and believe that God can build upon the old and do a new thing in our midst. We strive to be a church that is truly welcoming to everyone: where everyone has a seat at the table regardless of personal history, family background, ethnicity or gender.

We have a lively parochial church council (PCC), constantly engaging with our wider community to ensure that St Clement’s survives and thrives well into the future. St Clement’s sits proudly at the heart of the village of Ashampstead and yet our Grade 1 Listed church contains some spectacular medieval wall paintings that attract visitors from far and wide.

Why not join us on any Sunday: St Clement’s offers a weekly Sunday service, either Holy Communion, Family service or Evensong. Check out our website for the most up to date news, notices and services - www.thebenefice.uk
