The church is listed Grade 1, and is renowned for the 'Wolfman of Bircham' carving above the entrance to the Chancel.

The oldest section, the Chancel is though to date from the early 1300s, with the nave and tower being added around 1350.

Worship has been consistently held here since the church was built

Friends of Bircham meet at 2:30pm on the first Thursday of every month for a cup of coffee and chat - all are welcome
