A short time of prayer and reflection in St George's Church on Wednesday to Friday.
The Welcome Café at St George’s Church offers complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits to anyone who would like a warm and friendly place to come. The café is open on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9.30am – 12.30pm, and Friday afternoons, from 2.00pm – 4.30pm. All are assured of a warm welcome.
A quiet traditional service without hymns lasting about 50 minutes. On the first Sunday of the month the service is from the Book of Common Prayer 1662.
A service of Holy Communion with hymns lasting about an hour. There are groups for children. On the first Sunday of the month all-ages worship together. A choir, organist and music group support and enrich Sunday worship. The service is live-streamed every other week (alternating with our sister church, St John's, Newbury).

A collection will be taken in aid of The Children’s Society or you can donate via The Children’s Society’s website to support their work.

An annual feast of Christmas musical delights at St George’s Church, Wash Common. There will of course be lots of singing by the audience – rousing carols to cheer us all and send us home in good spirits!
Tickets are £10 adults, £5 under 18s and proceeds from the concert will be split between West Berkshire Homeless and St George’s Church.

St George’s Church will be supporting this ever popular community event at The Bowlers Arms, Wash Common.
Held at the beautiful outdoor setting of Michael’s Church, Enborne, this service combines, music, poetry and symbolism to mark the winter solstice.
All welcome – wrap up warm and bring a chair.

There is the opportunity to bring gifts which are then donated to Home Start, West Berkshire to support struggling families.
