Church of England Diocese of Norwich Oulton

About Us

Dear Visitor, Oulton St. Michael's stands guard over the railway entry to Lowestoft and district and can be seen as you travel in on the valley side above you. It is a medieval church with a faithful and friendly congregation. Its members are faithful in prayer and worship. There is a sound biblical ministry which welcomes strangers and and those seeking to know more about Christianity. At present we only have adult's work but there is a mixture of styles of worship. Children are particularly welcome at the third Sunday 10am service.

The Rev. Robin Pritchard retired on Oct 1st 2017 after 26 years here at St. Michael’s and 40 years in public ministry. He said, 'It’s been a wonderful time for me but age and my failing hearing have meant it is time for me to retire.

On Sunday 25th February we were delighted to welcome The Venerable David Hayden as Priest in Charge.  David will  take the reins during our period of interregnum.

Our Churchwarden is Mrs Debbie Allsop contactable on 01502 538573 or by email at [email protected]
