Welcome to St Margaret's Church, Mapledurham.  Our small country church is open every day for prayer.  Please see the Services and events page for information about services.

Note there is a private baptism service on Sunday May 25th at 1pm for about 45 minutes, so the church will not be available for visiting during that time, and the car park will likely be full.

On the fifth Sunday in the month there will usually be one communion service across the whole parish of Caversham Thameside and Mapledurham. The time and venue of this service will be advertised and can usually be seen on our website:

The service on June 29th 2025 is at St Peter's Church at 10:30am. The service is followed by the parish picnic in the grounds of the rectory. Please bring your own picnic!
