St Philips Leicester PCC has the responsibility of cooperating with the Rector in promoting the whole mission of the church - pastoral, evangelistic and ecumenical, and works with St Peter’s Highfields as part of the Benefice of St Peter Highfields and St Philips Leicester. The PCC is a registered charity, number 1211033.

The annual report, which you can download and read, contains a narrative about the year, with recommendations from the Rector (who is the chair) for the next year, together with the accounts for the charity. The annual report is presented to the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.
