Bring your pet, or a photo of them, to church for a blessing as we celebrate and give thanks to God for the joy and love pets bring to our lives.
Everyone is welcome, with or without a pet.
Refreshments served afterwards.
There will be a collection taken to help support the work of Leicester Animal Rescue.
This service alos marks the 800th anniversary of the death of St Francis.

St Philip's Church Leicester

Welcome to St Philip's Church Leicester.

We are a small but thriving church on Evington Road, about one mile from Leicester City Centre. We worship most Sundays at 9.30, host a popular pre-school, support work for the homeless, encourage education and support music and the arts. We are a member of INCLUSIVE CHURCH and seek to celebrate and affirm every person without discrimination.

We are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.
