About Us

Buckshaw Village Church (BVC) is a welcoming, family friendly, evangelical church based in the North West of England. It was originally planted from St Andrew’s Church, Leyland back in 2010. Our prayer is that we may be a healthy church impacting and transforming its community.

Throughout the week, we host a range of community and people-focussed ministries and outreach programmes with something to suit everyone.

If you'd like to enquire about baptism, marriage or simply want to explore what 'church life' looks like, why not drop us an email via the Get in Touch page (over on the left hand side of this page) or better yet - just drop by on a Sunday morning.  We'd love to meet you. We meet at 9.15am and 10.30am every Sunday morning.

Look forward to seeing you soon at BVChurch!

Rev Ian Sarginson (Priest-in-Charge)

The Conventional District of Buckshaw Village is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Blackburn’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services
