Welcome to our 11am Service of The Word led by Daphne
Please remember Ryk, Norman Wood, Sheila, Sue, Elsie, Judith, Geoff, Shirley Widd and Paul in your prayers their families and all who care for them. Also anyone known only to you.
Tuesday again sees the Coffee Shop in Church from 10am - 3pm. Our Summer Menu is now in full swing with light lunches, (soon be soup time) or you can enjoy toasted tea cakes, homemade cakes, scones with a tea or coffee. Everyone is welcome. Meet up with friends and enjoy the fellowship
Peggy Hammond’s funeral will take place on Thursday 19th September 10.45am at Mintlyn Crematorium Kings Lynn and Joan Judd’s on Friday 27th September at 2.30pm at St Clement’s.
On Friday October 4th Upwell Gilbert and Sullivan Society will be staging a concert in St Clement’s organised by the Friends. Tickets:£8 obtainable from the Coffee Shop or ring 01945 772327
Our Harvest Lunch on the 20th October is drawing closer and tickets are selling well, don’t forget to book yours. Teddy’s Boys will be entertaining and a donation will be given to the MacMillan Centre QEH. Tickets: £12. Soup and Roll, Sausage.mash and peas, Apple pie and Custard, Coffee and mints.
22nd - Holy Communion
29th Holy Communion, when we will be celebrating John and Diana’s
Golden Wedding. You are all invited to join with them, their family and friends
for light refreshment after the Service.
This will be a united service with St Peter’s at St Clement’s
