The parish of Upwell: St Peter is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Ely’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services. For further information see our safeguarding page.

Small Lode

We are now holding Holy Communion services every Sunday from 9.30am except for the third Sunday of every Month which will be a family service. In line with current government guidelines we do ask that anyone over the age of 11 wears a face mask or covering.
We are now able to sing hymns during the service and you are allowed to remove your facemask for this, but we do ask you to replace it after each hymn. Finally we are also able to once again offer all members of our congregation coffee and biscuits after the service. We look forward to welcoming you all back.

Messy Church is a way of being church for families involving fun, it is a church, not a craft club, that helps people encounter Jesus as Lord and Saviour and is found across the world.
