East Hagbourne Scarecrow Trail from Saturday 13th May until Sunday 4th June. Maps with voting slips costing £1.00 will be available from 13th May from the Hagbourne Community shop when open, the Fleur de Lys also when open and on Sunday afternoons from 2.30 - 5.00 when teas will be served in St. Andrew’s Church. All profit will be donated to Friends of St. Anne’s Hospital which is in Liuli, Tanzania.

Ukraine . USPG and the Church of England Diocese in Europe have launched an emergency appeal to get aid to people in desperate need because of the invasion of Ukraine. Funds raised by the appeal will support Christian charities and churches carrying out humanitarian work both in Ukraine and responding to the arrival of refugees in neighbouring countries.
