We will be following the stations of the cross at Saint Luke’s. A way of walking with Jesus on the final journey from Pilates residence to the tomb, reflecting on the events and people Jesus meets along the via dolorosa or way of
sorrows as it is sometimes called. Each of the weeks will have a different theme to direct our thinking and prayers.
The way of the cross will be followed each week by a simple soup and bread lunch,

Liturgy of the word and proclamation of the Passion according to Matthew.
After this we move to Chrsit the King for our Communion Service.

We walk (or travel by car) from St Luke's at Stocking Farm to Christ the King, Beaumont Leys

Following on from the start at St Luke's we have Sermon and Liturgy of the Eucharist

We think about the events of Holy Week

We will be using the book "River throught the Desert". It includes the use of video's as we explore what it means to travel with Jesus.
