About Us

St Leonard's Church is a welcoming and active church community situated in the heart of the picturesque  village of Burton Leonard, North Yorkshire.

We offer a mixed pattern of worship from theme-led family services to Book of Common Prayer to Common Worship. We hold a service at either 9.30am or 11.00am in our church every Sunday.

If you are wanting to have a christening or a wedding; or are in the sad position of having to plan a funeral, please contact Revd. Robb or any of the churchwardens, listed below, for details of how these are being held in our Churches.

We are fortunate to be part of two friendly and helpful communities. If you or a loved one are in need of help with shopping, appointments or simply want to talk to someone, please get in touch on any of the numbers listed here.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact our PSO or the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
