About Us

St Peter's Church in Sicklinghall is a Church of England parish church located next to the village school. The foundation stone for St Peter's Church was laid on September 12, 1881. The building was completed, costing £600, and dedicated for worship a year later in 1882. The construction of the church was founded and funded by the Fenton Scott family, who lived at nearby Woodhall.
