A wonderful Pancake Evening on Shrove Tuesday17 February, was enjoyed at the St Martin’s Church institute. The event was well attended, with plenty of laughter and excitement, especially for the children during the pancake‑tossing challenge. A fantastic selection of raffle prizes added to the fun, and the whole evening had a warm, community feel. Thank you to the wonderful ladies who kept everyone supplied with delicious pancakes all evening. Your warmth, energy and cooking skills made the night a real success.
