We mark the beginning of Holy Week by recounting the story of Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem with a procession around the church. Our service includes a dramatised reading of the Passion Narrative.

Maundy Thursday marks the beginning of the Easter Triduum, the Great Three Days which commemorate the events of the Last Supper, the Crucifixion and the Resurrection.

We will be eating together in the Parish Centre and, with readings and prayers, remembering Jesus last supper with his friends.

You are invited to spend an hour at the cross on Good Friday at St James'.

All are welcome to come and join in the Easter fun - search for eggs, have a go at the chocolate tombola, eat cake, drink tea/ coffee and find out something about the Great Easter Story.

All are welcome to join us for a joyful celebration on Easter morning. There will be singing, prayer, breaking bread together - there may even be some chocolate!
