A service of Remembrance on this 80th anniversary of the end of hostilities in Europe and the Far East. In St Margaret's Church with Hawes Silver Band. Names of the fallen will be read and the 2 min silence observed in St Margaret's at 11am. At approx 11:20 there will be a procession from St Margaret's to the War Memorial at Town Head where wreaths will be laid, names of the fallen read and the last Post played.
