As a member of the Parochial Church Council, the Parish Treasurer would be actively involved in all aspects of Parish administration, not just financial, under the direction of our Vicar, Rev Cath Leighton.

He or she will not necessarily be a regular church goer but will profess a strong faith and a desire to actively contribute to the community of Armitage with Handsacre.

The job is not arduous neither does it need accounting skills, although that would be an advantage. It does require attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to problem solving.

The ability to leap tall buildings at a single bound would also be helpful.
