We are proud to be the hosts and registered address for Wulfruna Land & Water Lifesavers.

Wulfruna Lifesavers are Wolverhampton's voluntary Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (No. 1188656).

The objects for which the CIO is established is to further the saving of lives, whether by prevention or rescue, for the public benefit, in particular, but not exclusively:
1. By promoting water safety practices in all aspects of water activities.
2. By providing a voluntary lifeguard service to the community and public at large
3. By providing voluntary community first response to the community and public at large
4. By providing aquatic lifesaving and search and rescue qualifications
5. By providing education and training in water safety, rescue, lifesaving, coaching, resuscitation, and first aid
6. By providing lifesaving safety awareness and prevention of drowning guidance and information.

Wulfruna Lifesavers run regular lifesaving classes at WV Active Central Baths every Tuesday evening 20:30 - 21:30 for those aged 12+.

Toastie Pat's coffee mornings are legendary at the Church of the Good Shepherd.
All are welcome to join us any Friday during the school term between 10am and 12. Bring some cash for a toastie but drinks, nattering, fun, laughter - even serious stuff if required, are all free.

We have met almost every Saturday morning since April 2016 and have experienced some incredible times as we have prayed and worshipped together. It is a growing group but there is still space for anyone who wants to join us, and you would be very welcome as we worship God, push into his presence, bring before him the needs of our communities and pray for the Holy Spirit to come and heal our land.

This is a new venture starting at 10am on July 5th at the Church of the Good Shepherd, and continuing on the first Saturday of every month. It is open to ladies of any age and it would be great to have representation across all the generation cohorts from 'The Silent Generation to the Gen Zs'.
The event is free but there will be an opportunity to make a donation towards the cost of a continental style breakfast. As it is largely unchartered territory for us (although the Men's Breakfast has been successfully running for several years now) it would be great for as many as possible to attend and have a say about the sort of things that you would love to see included.
