At her Confirmation of Election on 28th January at St. Paul's Cathedral, Bishop Sarah Mullally legally became the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury.She will take up her ministry at Canterbury Cathedral on 25th March, and is the most senior bishop in the Church of England, thus in effect, it's spiritual leader. She is also the ceremonial head of the global Anglican Communion, an international network of churches in more than 165 countries.
