Hosted by St Paul’s and facilitated by Stoke City Community Trust we bring you ‘Seated Exercise’! At 11.45am every Wednesday we serve soup and bread and then at 12.15pm until 1.00pm this gentle exercise class takes place. All free. Everyone welcome.

We meet in church every Sunday. Our service begins at 10.30am and lasts about an hour. It includes some music, readings and prayers. The service is also available through Zoom. .
