Accessibility

We now have an accessible toilet by the rear gate of the church. This is within a converted Sexton's Hut which is part of the Listing. This is open during services or key is available from an officer of the church.

There is a ramp fitted to enable wheelchair access into the building over the threshold.

Ramps are also available for the Chancel Steps if necessary.

Hearing (induction) Loop

Some large print service sheets and information sheets are provided for each service. Please ask if you require one.


Our Building

We are Grade II * listed.


Music and Worship

Our bells are a rack of 8 Tubular Bells.

Occasional Concerts are held in the church for fundraising purposes. These are advertised in advance so please look out for posters or web entries on linked site.

This is a Jardine Organ that was fitted in 1903. It has been repaired on at least two occasions over the last 15 years. Unfortunately we do not have a regular organist at present.

Some services are according to the Book of Common Prayer, others are Common Worship. Please check each event to see which is being used.

8.00am Holy Communion on 1st Sunday of the Month during normal rotation. (Not held at present)


Groups, Courses and Activities

Regular Lent Course are held Annually and other courses as arranged occasionally

Bible Study is held fortnightly at 3, Pool Road, Hadnall starting at 19.00.

There is a Coffee Morning in Church on the first Saturday of each month. No charge is now made but donations gratefully accepted.

A Messy Church is held every two months in Hadnall Village Hall from 10.30 to 12.30. There is no charge but donations gratefully received. This is for the whole of the Benefice "Astley, Clive, Grinshill and Hadnall" and surrounding areas.


Help for Visitors

Guidebooks / Notes

The church is open from around 8.30 each morning until dusk. There are facilities for visitors to make a drink if they wish.
