We celebrate the ancient rural festival of Plough Sunday, bringing an ancient plough into church that has worked our local Shropshire soil for generation, blessing it and the plougher and praying for a good harvest. Caring for our rural heritage. We are joined by the Community Choir. Come and see.

St Mary's, Sheriffhales

St Mary's is the heart of Christian worship in the beautiful village of Sheriffhales. Situated next to the primary school and village hall we hold weekly services, evensong over the summer months and many events ranging from Christmas services to musical concerts, family centred events and events linked to the school.

Sunday Services are all at 10.00am (unless stated otherwise)

1st Sunday of the month is a family service with children's activities

Seekers - Wednesdays After-school Club fortnightly at 3.30pm in the Village Hall

Village Evensong - once a month on the last Wednesday at 6.30pm
