The Church of the Holy Spirit is a welcoming, inclusive and outward looking church.
We are part of the Benefice of Brereton, Rugeley with Armitage, and we often join in with services and activities at one of the other churches during the year. We are open again for worship on Sundays at 10am - please come and join us!
The church is open for Private Prayer & Reflection on Tuesdays 10 - 12noon & Fridays 7.30-8.30pm. We are changing the times of opening from Tuesday 29th.
Tuesdays will be 11am - 1pm & Fridays 5.30 - 6.30pm.
We will be suspending the Friday opening after the clocks go back on 25th October, with a view to restarting when the clocks go forward in 2021
All social distancing and sanitizing regulations are being complied with for your peace of mind, and there will be two people to welcome you and show you where you may light a candle and sit.
Each Sunday there is also an online service at 10.30am live streamed on facebook. You can access this by clicking on www.facebook/staugustines.rugeley

St John the Baptist Church, Armitage
Following the advice of the Diocese of Lichfield, the Church is open for a simple Sunday morning service at 10.30 am.
Please help us to keep to the guidelines by observing the following:
a. Please do not come into church if you have symptoms of Coronavirus, or have been in the company of someone who has Coronavirus during the last fourteen days.
b. Please use the hand sanitizer available at the door as you enter and leave church.
c. Please do not enter those parts of the Church that have been cordoned off.
d. Please keep the social distancing rule which at the moment is two metres apart.
e. Please leave the church when you are ready to do so by following the arrows to the door through which you entered, remembering to use the hand sanitizer before you leave.
f. Please do not bring flowers or other things into church, the church is open for morning prayer only.
The Church has been cleaned before re-opening and will continue to be cleaned on a weekly basis. Seating and other surfaces that may have been touched by visitors will be cleaned as each visitor leaves church. Thank you for your co-operation. We hope you stay safe and are encouraged by your visit to this beautiful, historic place of prayer.
