Christingles are great services for adults and children alike!
What is Christingle?
Created by the Children's Society, Christingle is a joyful celebration that brings families and communities together to share the light of Jesus and spread a message of hope at Christmas.
We have three Christingles between now and Christmas Day:
Tuesday 23rd December at 5-00pm in St. Peter's Church, Hixon, ST18 0PQ.
Wednesday 24th December at 4-00pm in All Saints' Church, Sandon, ST18 0DB
and at 6-00pm in St. Andrew's Church, Weston, ST18 0HX.
It's only an hour, and an hour I promise will be well spent.
PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO JOIN US - WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU!

We are asking God to guide us on our journey in developing our Benefice.
Please pray for:
- our benefice, our individual churches, PCCs and the Team Council.
- that God shares with us the journey he has mapped out for our Benefice.
- that He shows us the way forward in identifying what we need from a new priest.
- that God continues to heal the hurt we feel from the past.
- that God helps to build a vision of a One Church Family across our many Parishes.

We try to make our church services as friendly as possible. Please don’t worry about getting things ‘wrong’. Even if they notice, people won’t mind. At Communion services, everyone is equally welcome, whether you feel able to share the bread and wine or prefer just to stay seated for a time of quiet. Finally, we are interested in you, not what you are wearing - but note that in the winter it can be difficult to heat our church so you may need to wrap up warm!

We have two services on Christmas Eve for those that cannot make our Christmas Day service (or want to go to both!).
Both at 11-30pm, we have an amazing family friendly modern communion service in All Saints' Church, Milwich, ST18 0EG
and for those that like a wonderful traditional book of common prayer holy communion it has to be in All Saints' Church, Sandon, ST18 0DB.

St. PETER'S CHURCH, GAYTON (ST18 0HL) AT 9-30am ON CHRISTMAS DAY.

What better way to start your Christmas Day than by joining us all in our beautifully decorated church for a friendly communion service.
Whether you attend church regularly, or have never been before, you are assured a very warm welcome.
Built in the 12th century, and retaining the original Norman chancel arch along with several 13th and 14th century features, you will be adding to the thousands of people that have worshiped on this day, and in this building, in the past 900 years.
Christmas means many different things to different people, and whatever your personal feelings there will have been countless others before you sharing your experience - that can make your joining our congregation even more special.
